How the credit balance works
One shared balance
A single balance per workspace, not per user. The account holder tops up; everyone draws from the same balance. No manual allocation required.
Consumption order
Credits included in your plan are used first. Once they are exhausted, your purchased packs automatically take over.
Rollover
Unused credits roll over during the active period. Included credits reset upon annual renewal; purchased packs are kept for life as long as the account remains active.
Legal research chats remains unlimited on all plans and never uses credits. Credits are only consumed when you run an AI agent: Anonymization, Translation, Document Comparison, Meeting Minutes, and more.
